Self-care is not selfish. It is simply knowing what your mind, body and soul needs to feel well. It's not just bubble baths and glasses of wine, it looks different to everyone and depends which activities help to top up your internal battery. In filling up your own cup, you will then be able to help your loved ones by showing up and helping them too. So, actually, self-care can result in givingback and being more present for others!
