Emerge from the depths of winter transformed! Join Christine for a virtual vacation each Thursday in January to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. TaijiFit with Christine is 45-minutes of gentle, continuously flowing exercise based on the fundamental principles and movements in traditional Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qigong. Whether this is your 1st or 50th class, you will enjoy the flow of energy or "Qi" to relieves stress, clear your mind, and strengthen your body. Christine's classes are a fun exploration of these ancient arts and are designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of age or fitness level. No prior experience needed for any of these classes.

Level: All Levels/Beginner
What You'll Need: No equipment, mats, or floor work is required. Clear a small space wherever you are - enough to take a step or two in any direction with arms outreached. Any portion of the class may be performed seated in a chair as well. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes suitable for walking.
Tip: Hydrate with water before and after class.

Christine Bhe
Christine is the Founder of Tai Chi Wellbeing in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a third-degree black belt in Yang Style Taijiquan and certified instructor of Tai Chi for Health, TaijiFit, Tai Chi for Veterans, and Qigong. Christine has had the privilege to study with Masters Zhichao Ling, Chen Bing, Yang Jwing-Ming, Wing Cheung, Jesse Tsao, Dr. Paul Lam, and David-Dorian Ross.
