1Sculpt Pre/Post-Natal fitness workshop

Come and Join 1Sculpt Fitness for a specifically designed pre and postnatal fitness workshop. We will take you through modifications for each trimester, focusing on pelvis stability, glute activation and postural alignment. Working through combinations to support posture whilst going through combinations to help strengthen weakened muscles and help support the lower back with strengthening the obliques and upper body.

We also know support thought-out pre- post-natal fitness is paramount for women. We are here to help support, advise and keep you moving. We will take you through a 30 min workout then we will lead a 15min question and answer series each workshop.

Please note we ask all post-natal participants to be signed off by thier heath care professional before participating in the physical workshop. You are very welcome to still book on and watch and be part of the group if you are not yet ready to participate in physical activity.

Meet Our Instructor

Jeannine Desmier
Jeannine is one half of the 1Sculpt fitness Duo, with two studios in Surrey-UK. Nathalie is the other half of the 1Sculpt fitness Duo and they both have over 20 years of fitness experience between them with instructing and personal training. Their passion has always been fitness and making it fun. Spending the last 13 years teaching at London's top studios as master trainers and performing all over the world as professional dancers and choreographers, fitness has always played a massive part in being in peak physique and preventing injury. Both Jeannine and Nathalie have danced and choreographed for major worldwide artists, movies, adverts and award shows. Expect high energized workouts full of fun and the 1Sculpt burn with each sister.
