Nimble and Strong

Nimble and Strong is a non traditional, movement based, full body, strength and mobility class. To help you feel energized, strong, nimble and playfully explore your potential. We will also focus on joint care, coordination and balance. Class is open to all levels with an open mind and no major movement restrictions or injuries. You will need a little space to move, a towel, socks and a chair for some of the exercises (free weights, bands, suspension systems or pull up bars are also welcome).
Meet Our Instructor
Holistic movement, strength and lifestyle coach. He integrates mobility, strength, and skill building using a variety of disciplines, such as gymnastics, dance, yoga, martial arts, and the traditional strength training principals. Nerijus has 20 years of coaching experience, a degree in Kinesiology, numerous training and performance coaching certifications and addiction to learning.
