Practical Meditation and Mindfulness for everyday grounding

Each week we will explore a different topic/theme as requested by the students who come to class. We will integrate different meditation tools and techniques, as well as breathwork to guide you through a 45 minute journey inwards.
Audience: Adults (This class is open to anyone, beginners and experienced meditators alike. )
Meet Our Instructor
Angela is a mental health professional, yoga instructor and founder of the wellness initiative in bloom. Angela has been hosting meditations since the beginning of her career in mental health in 2010 and has merged that experience with her yoga teaching. Using different techniques to explore the many ways one can meditate, in order to facilitate an accessible experience for all.
