Holistic Fitness: Optimal Human Evolution

This will be a 45 minute full body workout designed with a holistic emphasis on physical and mental performance. The session will be available for all fitness levels and focus on bodyweight strength movements, cardiovascular exercises, mobility, and mindfulness and stress reduction.  This class is designed to help you perform better in the areas of life that are most important.

Small resistance band loops if available.
