This course will be movement based, with specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing neck and shoulder pain. We will also save time for a brief Q&A. Level: All Levels/Beginner
Audience: Adults
Supplies:
will change the resistance band to light weights (1-2 #) and still use the small towel/t-shirt, and yoga mat.
