really enjoyable! lots of great breathing exercises. dont miss this class!
I enjoyed the class. Lots of great reference material that I would like to go back and look at slides but I must have missed where those were posted/ shared.
This class wasn't what I was expecting as I didn't feel there was any focus on caregivers, but it was quite interesting and I felt that Jordan presented a lot of useful information that I can easily incorporate. I plan to explore the resources that he mentioned. It was a relaxing session as well, which is always welcome!
