Mid Day Movement Series: Low Back Pain with a Foam Roller

A 30 minute movement-based class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor, consisting of specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing and/or preventing lower back pain. This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications will be provided throughout. There will also be time spent on providing ergonomic recommendations for your work from home set up, with time for a brief Q&A.
Audience: Adults; All Levels Welcome

Equipment: Mat & Full length/Half Foam roller (both are acceptable and modifications will be demonstrated accordingly)
