In this vinyasa class we will focus on using the breath to create a seamless moving meditation. As this class is a power flow, expect to sweat - no props necessary, but always optional. This is for all levels and can be modified for all abilities throughout.

Meet Our Instructor

Elyse Niederee
Working as a fitness professional for the past 7 years in NYC. She received her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Training through Three Sisters Yoga. Elyse is passionate about yoga and sharing the benefits of a yoga practice with others through teaching. She is a very hands on teacher and customizes her classes to the needs of different individuals or groups. Her sessions are typically Vinyasa based, sprinkling in bits of strength training, core work, breathing exercises, and meditation. She is currently teaching Vinyasa Style yoga at CorePower Yoga and Barre at Pop Physique. Elyse is a firm believer that yoga can change the world for the better one deep breath at a time.
