A workout designed to increase oxygen consumption to boost our strength in body and mind. Short and sharp to improve memory, concentration, low mood and lack of energy. This is a 30 minute workout that does not require any equipment. Bring your water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and expect to work up a sweat.
