Meet Our Instructor
Angela is a mental health professional, yoga instructor and founder of the wellness initiative in bloom. Angela has been hosting meditations since the beginning of her career in mental health in 2010 and has merged that experience with her yoga teaching. Using different techniques to explore the many ways one can meditate, in order to facilitate an accessible experience for all.

Thank you Angela!! I was so relaxed during the class that I believe I dosed off for a few seconds. Really enjoyed the class.
First time taking this session. And I believe it was a first taking any type of meditation session. I found it hard to be comfortable - physically- and not let thoughts wander as much - mentally. It’s personally difficult for me, so no knock on the instructor. I may try this again but maybe a different room/ space. Background noises did effect my concentration but not sure much can be done about that.
