Yoga Sculpt and Restore

In this class, we'll blend elements from vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and yin styles. We'll kick things off with invigorating sun salutations, warming up the body and syncing our breath with movement. Next, we'll transition into sculpt work, a 15-minute segment featuring HIIT-style toning exercises infused with traditional yoga poses.

Wrapping up the session, we'll dive into Yin yoga, where we'll hold restorative poses for extended periods. This practice targets the connective tissue, promoting circulation in the joints and enhancing flexibility. By the end of class, expect to feel accomplished, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated!

Tip: Come prepared to sweat!

Level: Intermediate but all levels welcome!

Kendall Hope
After living and teaching yoga in New York City for 16 years, Kendall left the city to rejoin her family in Little Old Rhode Island. There, she has had the privilege of opening up and running a heated yoga studio at Shepherd’s Run, a winery and hotel nestled on the southern coast of the state. With accreditation from the Yoga Alliance, Kendall specializes in teaching Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin Yoga. Her classes are characterized by fluid movement, striking a perfect balance between invigorating challenges and soothing restorative poses. And of course, her curated playlists add an extra dimension to your practice experience!
