Bounce Forward: Building Resilience in Anxious Times

Adults · Learning
It is normal to feel anxious and overwhelmed in our current environment, but that doesn't mean you have to live with those feelings. In this webinar, you will learn how to manage your own anxiety using practical tips and tools and also how to support your colleagues and co-workers who are feeling overwhelmed too. In addition, you will be able to ask questions and get advice from a working professional and a college student who both live with anxiety disorders on how to turn stressful energy into productive energy.
