Strength for Runners

45 minute bodyweight strength workout with a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist to target the muscle groups that prevent injury & improve performance for runners. Come learn a set of exercises you can easily integrate into your routine! This class is appropriate for all levels but caters to beginners-intermediate. Modifications will be provided throughout and will leave time at the end for Q&A.
