20 minute Matter of Balance

A 20 minute, total body exercise class catering to older adults, those with difficulty getting into certain positions or concerned with their balance. Lead by a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Mostly chair based and standing exercises emphasizing major muscles, those important to balance and balance-specific exercises. Appropriate for beginner level.
