In this power vinyasa class, Jamison will use the breath to create a seamless moving meditation to ensure both mindfulness and a calorie-burning, body-toning session. Since this is a power flow, expect to sweat - no props necessary, but always optional. This is for all levels and can be modified for all abilities throughout.
Meet Our Instructor
Born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey. She earned a BFA in dance performance at SUNY Purchase while simultaneously acquiring her Associates Degree in Business Administration online at her hometown community college. As a professional dancer, Jamison has found yoga to be her back pocket charm. Feeling the need to share the benefits of yoga, she completed her 200 – RYT followed by a mentorship studying under Cindy Lanzas. Jamison has had the opportunity to teach at various studios around NYC including Yoga Vida and Sangha Yoga Shala. Jamison is thrilled to be working with Exubrancy to bring her yoga teachings into corporate offices around NYC.
