Strength 101 for Injury Prevention & General Fitness

A 40-minute total-body strength class for beginners to intermediate level with a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. We will go through a total body strength workout with a focus on the proper technique and movement patterns for injury prevention and maximized benefits. Will provide progressions for those with more or less exercise experience and incorporate a variety of different small exercise equipment/household objects week to week . Q&A at the end with Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer.
This week's equipment: small to medium DB's 5 lbs - 15 lbs

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and Founder of The Run Rx in Somerville, MA.
