Mid Day Movement Series: Neck and Shoulder Pain

A 30 minute movement-based class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor, consisting of specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing and/or preventing neck and shoulder pain. This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications will be provided throughout. There will also be time spent on providing ergonomic recommendations for your work from home set up, with time for a brief Q&A.
