Meet Our Instructors
Kevin McCoy
Co Managing Director, Next Jump. Kevin joined Next Jump in April 1997 as a Co-Founder of the organization. He helped grow the business though the first dot-com bubble and subsequent crash that left the company with just 4 employees. Kevin founded Next Jump's Cambridge, MA office and built it from one employee to forty. Next Jump has been cited by Harvard as one of three 'Deliberately Development Organizations' worldwide – a company that puts the growth of its people ahead of its profits. Kevin is Co Managing Director of Next Jump's UK operation responsible for the UK corporate client relationships, global expansion, and product development. Kevin lives in London with his wife Amy and their two children Tyler and Michael.
Christa Lafiguera
After studying Computer Science at the University of Warwick, Christa joined Next Jump as a Software Engineer. Alongside her role helping to upgrade the Perksatwork e-commerce platform, one of her passions is encouraging more women in Computer Science and helped teach children how to code through the Adopt-a-School initiative. Since then, she now plays a vital role in developing state-of-the-art HR technology at Next Jump - helping to create products (such as DevelopmentalGPS) that are leading in human development and performance.
