Very helpful! Loved the word chart. I plan to use this when I am describing how I feel to others so they can understand better where I am coming from.
She was really confident when presenting and it was interesting to listen to, but I just wish there would have been more advice regarding managing one's own anxiety and not just advice regarding how to talk about it
Really useful strategies , easy to understand and remember . Thanks Sophie !
