Harlem Sculpt is a 45-minute total body conditioning class using low impact HIIT and strength training movements to improve balance, coordination, and core stability. You'll mold your thighs, seat, arms, and abs to a healthier, stronger you. Harlem Sculpt is an excellent complement to any of our spinning, strength or HIIT classes, working opposing muscle groups, decreasing injury, and increasing range of motion.

Meet Our Instructor
Jamie began her quest for strength through her transition into motherhood. Fitness was her main outlet during her battle with postpartum depression and anxiety. After suffering a variety of physical issues due to lack of Prenatal and Postpartum fitness resources, she knew she wanted to help others. She switched careers from VIP Hospitality and joined Harlem Cycle where she grew deeply passionate about keeping others strong and finding balance.
