Power Vinyasa Yoga

Adults · Wellness
You can expect to see traditional yoga poses strung together in lengthy sequences. We will move through each series twice , the second time around of which will be “one breath one movement”. That second time through will elevate the heart rate, as well as tie together what we’ve just worked on in a way that feels indulgent and elongating. Breath work will be the driving force behind fluid transitions, ultimately helping the mind to relax, and the body to feel long, lean, and fully connected. We will incorporate more challenging variations of twists, binds, and balancing postures. Never fear! After we sweat, class will always finish with a bit of restorative work. If you’re looking to up the ante with your yoga practice, this is the class for you!
