Managing Back Pain with a Foam Roller

This course will be movement based, using a foam roller to assist with stretching & exercises to manage back pain. We will also leave time for a brief Q&A. Required Equipment: Yoga mat and a 36 inch length medium to high density foam roller

Allie Duffy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, founder of the Pilates Rx and nationally certified Pilates instructor through the Polestar program. She has been practicing physical therapy for 5 years in Boston.
