This course will be movement based, with specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing lower back pain. We will also touch on ergonomic recommendations for your work from home set up, with time for a brief Q&A. Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat, Small pillow (recommended but not required, can use a soft carpet/blanket instead of yoga mat)

Allie Duffy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, founder of the Pilates Rx and nationally certified Pilates instructor through the Polestar program. She has been practicing physical therapy for 5 years in Boston.
