Modeled after how we've run our own Leadership Offsite for over 20 years, Community Leadership Academies (CLA’s) are JUMPSTART events designed to help leaders increase TEAMING within their communities.
Why CLA?
All teams have elements of good Decision Making and Teaming. Elite teams are consistently and methodically improving both. The purpose of CLA is to have you experience techniques that impact Decision Making and Teaming.
