A series of online classes for both adults and children, coordinated by Next Jump involving a series of internal and external instructors.

The Community Online Academy is a weekly event that provides a wide breadth of various educational classes – The events are organised, hosted, managed and run by Next Jump.

This policy applies to any individual that attends any session that is run under the scope of a Community Online Academy.

What this Policy Applies to
Inheriting the entire scope of what is under Perks At Works Privacy Policy – This policy shall make the further additions of specifying marketing material that is generated from sessions in the Community Online Academy.
Scope of Consent
Through attending any of the sessions during a Community Online Academy, you are affirming your explicit consent for such information to be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
Marketing Communication
With your consent, Next Jump reserves the right to record all audio and video and any other media content from sessions part of the Community Online Academy. From this, full session footage shall be uploaded to our Youtube channel along with a series of promotional material that shall be used across various social media platforms.
YouTube
Next Jump uses YouTube to display video content of past sessions. YouTube incorporates tracking technologies, which may be present in the YouTube videos embedded on the COA home page, which may collect information from your browser when you view the video, including device identifiers and/or cookie IDs. This information is collected directly and automatically by YouTube and its partners, and Next Jump does not participate in these data transmissions. Next Jump does not provide any Personal Information, such as user names, to YouTube.
Children’s Privacy Policy
Attendance to COA
Our policy is such that no Child Attendee may be allowed to attend any session put on during a Community Online Academy without Parental Consent being given prior.
Giving Parental Consent
When reserving a child’s place for a COA session, parental guardians are required to provide consent as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. And that their participation may be used in accordance with the Marketing Communication Section above.
In relation to Child Attendees from European Economic Areas
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation Act, all parental guardians of child attendees reserve the right to remove their child’s images and audio recording from any promotional material made by Next Jump in relation to COA.
