Only 15% of your success at your job to get things done, build cooperation, influence others, and creating a positive culture will be due to your technical skills, and 85% will be due to your communication, emotional intelligence, people skills, and your ability to get along.

Arnold Sanow, known as the “get along coach” and author of “Get Along with Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere,” has worked extensively with companies and organizations to help their leaders and teams get along better with customers, co-workers, and employees.

No matter how well people get along, even a slight improvement in communication, everyday interactions, and understanding others can significantly enhance teamwork, productivity, client relationships, and positive work culture.

Over 90% of companies and organizations' problems result from communication breakdowns such as misunderstanding, misinformation, miscommunication, and mistrust.

This interactive session will provide tips, tools, and solutions to improve your “Get Along” IQ by building rapport, relationships, and connections with customers, co-workers, employees, and stakeholders.
