LIP #247: Test Kitchen Thursday

The first Thursday of every month, Chef Dani will teach LIP to show how to cook delicious, gut-healthy foods to upgrade your health and wellbeing.

Today’s recipe is:

Focaccia

840 grams water

20 grams Yeast

50 grams Honey

40 grams Olive Oil

20 grams Salt

1000 grams Flour (0 or 00 or T45)

Rest 20 mins before baking

For baking:

Line tray with olive oil (or a little water)- then parchment paper on top (or a lot of oil to line the pan)

Drizzle olive oil on top

Punch it with fingers

Toppings of your choosing

Oven 400 degrees, 20-25 mins

Let it rest for ~10 mins before slicing
