Lindsey van den Dungen, a Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and owner of Forme Physical Therapy (@formept) takes participants through a structured flow of exercises aimed to optimize mobility, flexibility, and strength to optimize health of neck and shoulders. Participants can expect guided instruction and education on intended target areas and goals of exercises in this class. All levels are welcome.
Audience: Adults; All Levels Welcome
Supplies:
An exercise mat, resistance band (light to medium) and light to medium hand weights (i.e. dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights, or cans will be suitable)

Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement enthusiast. She is passionate about the positive influences movement can have on people's lives and wellbeing. She is a telehealth Physical Therapist and virtual exercise educator. She has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years in Boston and the Greater Boston area.
