This 13-week Life Enrichment Course - Personal Evolution module for teens and young adults ages 16+ is focused on personal mastery and upgrowth in an ever-evolving world. While the world is ever-changing, the basic core human skills needed to navigate life’s storms remain unchanged. This program focuses on developing core competencies in skills to handle inevitable future challenges in one's personal, academic and professional life. Increasingly, the world values people with human skills, and this is fast becoming a predeterminate of effective leadership and positive impact. Moreover, people who feel self- motivated, purposeful and valued have a greater sense of well-being and balance, and these qualities feed into a never-ending cycle of work-life satisfaction and productivity. The Personal Evolution module consists of the following lessons: 1. Setting Personal Goals 2. Time Management 3. Self-Motivation 4. Organization Strategies 5. Procrastination 6. Accountability and Integrity 7. Building good habits 8. The Power of Humility 9. Presenting your Best Self 10. Work/School/Life Balance 11. Identifying purpose 12. Developing Patience 13. Making Good Decisions

Meet Our Instructor

Suraiya Essof
Suraiya Essof is a social impact entrepreneur and educator with a passion for lifelong learning, well-being, and social change. She has a Commerce degree in Industrial Psychology and a postgraduate in education, and has been working in the education field since 2002.

She is currently teaching Business Leadership in the Ontario Secondary School Diploma program and trains and lectures at various leadership academies. She is also an entrepreneur and has founded a successful furniture retail business, running since 2012.

In 2014, Suraiya founded Kites for Peace, a global movement for peace that uses kite flying as a tool for social change. She represents her country in kite festivals around the world and has worked with young people in Zimbabwe and beyond.

Suraiya is also the co-founder and coordinator of the Zimbabwe Cares Network, a charity network of over 150 organizations that work to improve the lives of people in Zimbabwe. She is passionate about promoting charity collaboration and volunteering as a means for social innovation.

In 2020, Suraiya was profiled by the Guardian UK as one of "20 Outstanding Women of Zimbabwe."
