Kayla does not believe in exercise fads or trends, and champions the fundamentals of health and fitness to help women make a genuine, lasting change to their lifestyle.

Through the Sweat App and her use of social media, Kayla hopes to give women the tools and confidence to workout and make a positive change in their lives.
