During this interactive session, Jules will guide you with reflective journal prompts and a mindfulness meditation to prepare yourself for Thanksgiving and/ or Christmas.
You will need a pen and notepad for this session to complete the journal prompts and, ideally, be in a quiet space with few distractions.

Jules Hobbs
Jules Hobbs, of Mental Wealth, is a Mindset & Lifestyle coach. Her focus is to help you to be your authentic self and live a rich and meaningful life through the power of mindfulness. It all starts with a mindful moment in her classes and on her successful podcast, Mental Wealth with Jules.

Her experience spans sections of the health and fitness industry, including fitness instructing, personal training, and sports massage. She spends her time teaching with COA, treating sports massage clients in the Isle of Man, and delivering one to one mindset coaching and corporate seminars virtually across the world.
