Get the same results as personal training. 305 PWR has that signature party vibe of a cardio class, but we’re focusing on calorie-torching strength and conditioning-exercises. A professional dancer on the Brooklynettes, Katie’s class will make you feel like you’re in a real dance battle. Seriously, this starlet once won a dance battle where she danced so hard, she got to meet Beyoncé. With a fierce background in hip hop, Katie brings white-hot heat to every class. You’ll feel like a kid again in Katie’s class. Katie holds a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut and is AFAA Group Fitness certified. Part pussycat doll, part wild child, our Katie will have you rock out and party hard, all class long.
