Mid Day Stretch : Taking a break from your office chair

Pilates is a low impact group of exercises designed to strengthen your body while also improving posture and flexibility.  We will work through a 45 minute mat sequence that will be appropriate for beginners with progressions provided for those with some Pilates experience.
