For the Moms: A Guide to Staying Active & Healthy for the Pregnant Woman and New Mom

Dr. Gabby Goshtigian is a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer and pre & postnatal exercise specialist. She works with runners and all women trying to stay active and healthy through pregnancy and return to activity. This class will go over important things to be aware of beginning in pregnancy that can be preventative for maternal diagnoses, guidance on what you can and should do for exercise while pregnant and return to activity in the postpartum period. We will discuss maternal diagnoses such as low back and SI joint pain, pubicsymphisis pain, diastasis, prolapse and leaking as well as run through some good exercises for this population!
