Mid Day Movement Series: Optimizing Lower Back Health with a Foam Roller

A 30 minute movement-based class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor, consisting of stretches, strengthening exercises, and recommendations for managing and/or preventing lower back pain with the use of a foam roller. This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications will be provided throughout. There will also be time for a brief Q&A.
Audience: Adults; All Levels Welcome
Supplies:
Mat and a Foam Roller (standard 6" diameter preferrable without bump/ridge/points however not a strict limitation to participation)
