Lindsey van den Dungen, a Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and owner of Forme Physical Therapy (@formept) takes participants through a structured flow of exercises aimed to optimize mobility, flexibility, and strength of your hips and lower back. Participants can expect guided instruction and education on intended target areas and goals of exercises in this class. All levels are welcome.

An exercise mat and resistance band (light to medium)

She is a telehealth Physical Therapist and virtual exercise educator. She has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years in Boston and the Greater Boston area.
