Yoga for Anxiety

This is a session for those who need a little rest and reset! We will focus on anxiety relseasing poses, as well as spending longer on pranayama and meditation in order to leave feeling fresh, calm and in tune.
Meet Our Instructor
Angela is a mental health professional, yoga instructor and founder of the wellness initiative in bloom. Angela has been hosting meditations since the beginning of her career in mental health in 2010 and has merged that experience with her yoga teaching. Using different techniques to explore the many ways one can meditate, in order to facilitate an accessible experience for all.
