CrossFit Express: 20 minute CrossFit WOD

This is a universally modifiable, 20 minute class that combines full-body functional movements that will give you a great workout on a time budget! CrossFit is all about "constantly varied", so each workout is different, so you're never doing the same thing! If you've done CrossFit at Home, you will love this!
Meet Our Instructor
Registered Dietitian and CrossFit coach dedicated to helping people find sustainable ways to live happily and healthily. Before coming to Prototype Training Systems, Sam has shared her health and wellness knowledge as an RD in a clinical setting, was a Division-1 collegiate diving coach, and physical education teacher. As a former Division 1 college athlete at the University of Vermont, she fell in love with the community aspect of CrossFit and has been hooked since her first class. Sam has been part of the Prototype team for close to 2 years and loves helping others! Sam also holds her BS in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Sciences with a Master's degree in Marketing
