Mid-Day Movement: Low Back + Hip Pain

A 30 minute movement-based class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor, consisting of specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing and/or preventing upper back pain. Modifications will be provided throughout. There will also be time spent on providing ergonomic recommendations for your work from home set up, with time for a brief Q&A.
This class is appropriate for all levels.
