1Sculpt Method- YOGA/ HIIT/ STRETCH

Expect our usual sweat, sculpt, strength training with a cheeky slice of stretch added in with some traditional yoga poses to lengthen and strengthen the body. This class will get your heart pumping, your blood flowing, all whilst challenging your core and balance, creating maximum sculpting burn.

Ellie White
Ellie joined the 1Sculpt team with a wealth of fitness experience. She started dancing from the age of three and decided to train professionally to follow a career in Dance and Musical Theatre. Ellie began her fitness journey with yoga after finding her body out of balance and struggling to keep injuries at bay. Alongside her other fitness qualifications, Ellie continued to study in Yoga Sculpt in Savannah, USA, along with becoming a Sports Massage Therapist and training in Pre Natal Yoga Classes. With her extensive dance and fitness experience, Ellie brings a fusion of genres together creating the perfect mix of the 1Sculpt signature classes. Ellie is also a resident teacher at the 1Sculpt Studios in the UK.Get ready to get your sculpt on with Ellie! Her classes are fun, powerful and will keep you energized for days!
