In this power vinyasa class, Julianne will use the breath to create a seamless moving meditation to ensure both mindfulness and a calorie-burning, body-toning session. Since this is a power flow, expect to sweat - no props necessary, but always optional. This is for all levels and can be modified for all abilities throughout.

Meet Our Instructor
New York based yoga teacher, Julianne started practicing yoga in college as a way to learn to regulate her breath. Through her practice, she found that her world unfolded in a way that allowed her to become more pure, more open and to live with compassion and integrity. She is 200 hour RYT certified Forrest-Inspired Vinyasa and draws from her own experience in order to inform her teaching. Her style reflects her personal practice – with compassion, honesty, playfulness, and a sense of calm. Her goal is to help her students to connect to their breath, become more intelligent in their bodies, and to work in a healing, yet strengthening way.
