Mid-Day Movement - Low Back Pain (Seated Class)

A 30 minute movement-based class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor, consisting of specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing and/or preventing neck and shoulder pain while seated-Think: things you can do while at your desk!This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications will be provided throughout.
Audience: Adults
Supplies:
Sturdy chair (preferably non-swivel, non-rolling) and a small hand towel (scarf, t-shirt, etc is also acceptable)
