Managing Back Pain with Sciatica

This course will be movement based, with specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing lower back pain and sciatica symptoms. You do not need to have sciatica symptoms to attend this class, but we will spend some time going over management techniques specific to sciatica, and as always leave time for a brief Q&A at the end. Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat, Small pillow (recommended but not required, can use a soft carpet/blanket instead of yoga mat)
