Neck & Shoulder Pain

This course will be movement based, with specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing neck and shoulder pain. We will also touch on ergonomic recommendations for your work from home set up, with time for a brief Q&A.

Level: All Levels/Beginner
Audience: Adults
will change the resistance band to light weights (1-2 #) and still use the small towel/t-shirt, and yoga mat.
