Meet Our Instructor
Angela is a mental health professional, yoga instructor and founder of the wellness initiative in bloom. Angela has been hosting meditations since the beginning of her career in mental health in 2010 and has merged that experience with her yoga teaching. Using different techniques to explore the many ways one can meditate, in order to facilitate an accessible experience for all.

I love the different tools Angela uses and teaches.
First time trying this class. Very relaxing... not sure but I think I dozed off after the second sense! Awoke at the end of class feeling wonderful!!
This meditation was challenging with focusing on the senses. It was good at the same time because I felt less distracted. It is 7am in Philly PA so I am tired but relaxed. She definitely is good at guiding your thoughts as she conducts the flow of the meditation. It helps me be less anxious to wakeup for working online. This is a must do every week I hope from now on.
