Stretch and Reflect

Hit pause on your day and take some time out for yourself with a mindfulness based session of gentle stretching, explorative journaling and a nourishing meditation.

You will need a journal/ notepad and pen. It is recommended that you find a quiet space to participate.

The journal questions are also available as a post-session handout which is circulated after each class on Jules' weekly COA email. If you are a new attendee Jules will share the sign up link at the beginning/ end of each session.

Jules Hobbs
Jules Hobbs, of Mental Wealth, is a Mindset & Lifestyle coach. Her focus is to help you to be your authentic self and live a rich and meaningful life through the power of mindfulness. It all starts with a mindful moment in her classes and on her successful podcast, Mental Wealth with Jules.

Jules believes that people are her purpose and is driven to help others be healthy and happy, inside and out. Her experience spans sections of the health and fitness industry, including fitness instructing, personal training, and sports massage. She spends her time teaching with COA, treating sports massage clients in the Isle of Man, and delivering one to one mindset coaching and corporate seminars virtually across the world.
