After three decades in education, Mark believes that people are far more capable than most systems ask of them. His work has taught him that real leadership is not about having the answers, but about helping people develop the judgment, confidence and responsibility to shape their own lives and contribute to the lives of others. He believes meaningful change begins with the courage to examine our assumptions and to challenge those that no longer serve us.
Richard Mason
Over 24 years leading in some of the most demanding military environments imaginable, the lesson that changed everything was simple: the work starts from within. He believes leadership is accessible to anyone willing to be curious, courageous and honest enough to act before they feel ready. His passion is closing the gap between leadership theory and the moment it actually matters.
