Pilates for Mobility and Movement

This is an uplifting class. It draws upon a range of disciplines, from yoga, pilates to contemporary dance. It is 45 minutes of physical fitness, mental restoration and creative exploration through free movement. Adrian believes artistic expression plays an important role in having a healthy functioning body and mind. Through StreamMovement, his aim is to help you restore, maintain and enhance movement range and core stability.

You will leave the class feeling energized and discover a side of creativity you have never explored before! StreamMovement is a class that welcomes all abilities and backgrounds, bringing together the connections between creativity and fitness. You are encouraged to wear clothing you can move comfortably in.

We will explore breathing techniques, unlocking routines, strengthening and flexibility exercises and we will finish with a guided meditation.

Meet Our Instructor

Adrian Del Arroyo
For the past twenty years Adrian has extensively taught a wide range of dance, fitness and meditation disciplines. Since becoming fully qualified in Pilates, Yoga and fitness, Adrian has combined these skills with his career as a dancer, choreographer and artistic director for film and theatre, to create a unique space for people to grow. The structure of his classes is influenced by a foundation of his knowledge of Osteopathy, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.
